We try to ensure that all items in the shop are available for immediate dispatch; however, sometimes items do go out of stock before we can update the site. The provisions of these Terms of Use addressing disclaimers of representations and warranties, limitation of liability, indemnity obligations, intellectual property and governing law shall survive the termination of these Terms of Use and your Transaction with the Bold n Italic Products.
